Policies

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Payments can be made securely via online invoice, cash, or approved electronic transfer.

Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling due to weather (for outdoor shoots) will be handled case-by-case, with no additional fee.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to accommodate other scheduled sessions.

If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

Edited images are delivered within 7–10 business days after your session.

Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.

Clients will receive a private online gallery to view and select their included retouched images.

Additional edits can be purchased for an extra fee.

All selected images include professional retouching (skin smoothing, color correction, blemish removal, etc.).

I maintain a natural editing style that enhances without altering your authentic look.

Charles Johnson Media retains the copyright to all images.

Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing, printing, and displaying their photos.

Images may be used by Charles Johnson Media for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support during the shoot.

If you’d like to use props, let me know in advance so I can help plan the setup.
